All units are shipped fully complete and ready to plug and use (laptop is included).
Shipping: Medicore Medical ships all devices in the Continental US by 2-day Priority FedEx, fully insured.
Your IRIS Q system will have a US Shipping fee of $300.00.
International Shipping: All devices ordered through this website are shipped FedEx International Priority with full insurance. Shipping to Europe is $500.00.
Your Shipment will Contain:
- The IRIS Q Camera Assembly with Thermal and Visual Cameras. This has a 2 year factory warranty.
- Cable Bundle with all connecting cords in 9 foot or 16 foot length.
- Laptop with software pre-installed.
- Quick Start Booklet and Owners Manual.
- Tripod for Mounting the Camera
- USB Hub for connecting the Camera to the Laptop
- The IRIS-Q arrives ready to use and fully complete. There are no on-going costs or fees.
Training: Once the machine arrives with you, you will access to our training videos. The machine is very simple to use. We also offer a phone/remote access session to help you set your system up and answer questions. An easy-to-understand Quick Start booklet is also sent with the device.
